What Is the Chattanooga Fellows Program?
A 9-month post-graduate leadership development fellowship that equips recent college graduates through:
Part-time, paid professional internships
Graduate-level courses in theology, leadership, and vocation
Spiritual formation and civic engagement
Program runs from August through May and based in Chattanooga, TN

Employer Expectations
Work Schedule 3 days/week (Tues–Thurs)
Pay Rate $17–$22/hour based on experience and position
Benefits No fringe benefits required
Supervision Provide mentorship and regular check-ins
Evaluation Complete a mid-year and end-of-program feedback form
Employers may opt to increase hours beyond 3 days/week if mutually agreed.

Fellows work 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) in a learning-rich role with professional mentorship. Employers are asked to provide feedback mid-program and at the end.

Each Fellow has a strong academic background, leadership experience, and a teachable, service-oriented mindset. The program includes professional development, leadership training, and vocational mentoring to prepare Fellows to contribute meaningfully.

Employers pay $17–$22/hour based on the role and the Fellow’s experience. No fringe benefits are required, and additional work hours can be arranged if they do not conflict with Fellows programming.
