Application Timeline & Process

When should I apply?

We recommend applying by the early deadline (November 15), as spots fill quickly.

What’s the application process like?

After applying, you’ll have three interviews: one with the Director and two with admissions committee members. You’ll also connect with alumni and community members.

How long does it take to hear back?

Applicants who meet the November 15 or January 15 deadlines receive decisions within 4 weeks. Others can expect a response in 4–6 weeks.

Jobs & Career Support

What kinds of jobs are available?

Fellows have worked in fields like business, healthcare, education, law, ministry, marketing, government, and more. See examples on our People page.

How does the program help with job placement?

We guide you through resume prep, professional networking, and interview placement with one of our 50+ trusted employer partners.

Program Cost & Financial Support

How much does the program cost?

Tuition is $7,000. A $500 deposit is due upon acceptance. Most Fellows raise support for the remainder with help from our team—no one is turned away for financial reasons.

Professional Impact

Is this a smart step after college?

Absolutely. Fellows gain real-world experience, community support, and a deeper understanding of vocation. Many alumni say it shaped their careers and faith in lasting ways.

I wouldn’t have landed my first job without the Chattanooga Fellows network.” – Matt Pulford (Class of 2015)

Other Ways to Get Involved

I’m not a recent grad—can I still participate?

Yes! We’re always looking for employers, host families, mentors, and supporters. Reach out to the Director to learn how you can get involved.
